Just wanted to say how much I appreciated your work with the sale of my condo unit. The unit I believe was priced right, I had an offer in a reasonable amount of time and the buyer was well qualified, all aspects that contributed to a smooth process. In particular, your daily emails outlining the activity with the sale kept me very much informed. Even though I was living a couple of hours away, I knew exactly what was happening with sales activity every day. Your attention to detail, from making certain paperwork was processed timely to even the re-hanging of my bathroom mirror, allowed me to keep the sale out of my busy schedule.

When I first met Andrew at the BCAE seminar I was feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of selling my condo and buying a new one. Despite having been through the buying process once before I had never dealt with realtors and had preconceived ideas of agents being more interested in their own financial gain than in what was best for me. Fortunately working with Andrew was nothing like I expected. In fact, his knowledge of the Boston housing market made the process as seamless as possible. I know I would not have had such a positive end result without his help.
Every step of the way Andrew answered my questions patiently and kindly. He gave me the time I needed to explore different areas of Boston to decide where I wanted to move and actually slowed me down when I jumped in with both feet and wanted to make an offer before he thought I was ready. It was then that I realized I could trust him—that he was more interested in my finding my perfect home than making a quick commission.
Andrew was always in contact, replying to emails quickly and making himself available on weekends and holidays if needed. He repeatedly went the extra mile to fit around my schedule, calm me down when I got overwhelmed and explain each detailed step of the process. When I told my family and friends about how involved Andrew was I heard repeatedly how lucky I was to find him and that this sort of involvement is almost unheard of in agents.
